The Clarion Hotel & Conference Center in Houston, Texas, is positioned across the street from the Galleria Mall, which includes high end retailers Saks Fifth Avenue, Neiman Marcus and Nordstrom and features 320 specialty stores. Located in the Houston's uptown district, the hotel is within walking distance of surrounding boutique shops and restaurants. The hotel is also close to corporate offices like Chevron Texaco, Williams Company, Duke Energy, Bechtel and Apache. Sports arenas such as the Reliant Stadium, home of Houston Texans football, and Minute Maid Ballpark, home of Houston Astro baseball are within eight miles.
