The EH Hotel Santa Cruz is a modern country resort in Sierra Nevada National Park, seven kilometres from the ski resort and 22 kilometres from Granada. This three storey hotel features 66 air conditioned guestrooms, all of which include bright colours and tiled floors. All rooms offer balconies, complimentary newspapers, cable television, direct dial phones and safes. Bathrooms have bidets and handheld showers.
The hotel's La Encina Restaurant offers traditional Spanish cuisine and a selection of wines, served in an informal modern ambience, while tapas snacks and refreshments are on offer in the EH Santa Cruz Bar. The outdoor pool is open in the summer, and guests can also enjoy the football field, volleyball court, and ping pong and tennis tables, as well as hiking and mountain biking trails, archery and shooting. There is a gym available for a work out and they can relax in the two saunas, or unwind with a few drinks in the hotel bar. A complimentary bus service provides access to the ski resort, seven kilometres away, and car rental is available with parking nearby. The hotel is well placed for exploring the surrounding area; Granada City Centre, the Moorish district, and Alhambra Palace, with its charming tiled patios and gardens, are all 22 kilometres away. Granada Airport is 60 minutes by car, 60 kilometres (38 miles) from the hotel.
