The Catalonia Rubens is a modern hotel located in a quiet district 500 metres from Gaudi's Parc Guell and four kilometres from central Barcelona. Barcelona Airport is 17 kilometres from the hotel, around 25 minutes by car.

The airport train station is a short walk from the terminals, via a covered walkway. There are train services from the airport to Plaza Catalunya, where one can take metro underground green line to Vallcarca station, 200 metres from the hotel. Taxis are available in front of the airport terminals.
