Location.Set on a greenery filled hillside, the Thon Hotel Sandviken Brygge is a modern five storey property located two kilometres from the centre of Bryggen. Bergen Flesland Airport is situated 25 kilometres away, and takes approximately 22 minutes to reach by car.
Hotel Features.At the hotel's Wah Wah Studio guests can enjoy a unique range of Skin Trim body treatments, along with massage and tanning facilities. The hotel also offers use of a fitness centre located 80 metres away (surcharge), and guests can round off the evening with a nightcap in the bar. Getting there.The easiest way to reach the hotel from the airport is by taxi or hire car. Bergen is well served by buses and taxis, and more than 20 ferries operate out of Bergen to outlying settlements around the fjords.
Driving directions. From the airport follow RV 580, then the E39 towards the city centre. On reaching the inner harbour follow the road to Bryggen. Continue until reaching traffic lights with a petrol station on the right. Continue through and turn left at the next intersection. Follow the road, keep left and head straight on. The hotel will be on the right hand side.
