Location. Located 21 miles north of Hamburg city centre, the Steigenberger Hotel Treudelberg is a beauty farm sited among meadows, ponds and oak trees and surrounded by an 18 hole championship golf course. Hamburg Airport is eight kilometres away.
Hotel Features. The onsite country club's leisure facilities include a gym, an indoor pool, saunas, steam room, and a bicycle rental service. A range of massages and beauty treatments are also available, such as Ayurveda and shiatsu facials and massages. Staff at the 24 hour front desk can arrange complimentary airport transport, provide room service and exchange currency. Getting there. The hotel offers a complimentary shuttle service to and from the airport. Airport Express runs bus services to the nearby Ohlsdorf U Bahn/S Bahn station every ten minutes. From here, take the S1 train to Poppenbuettel station, which is three kilometres from the hotel. Steigenberger Hotel Treudelberg is surrounded by a Nordic walking path and the Alstertal nature reserve, which can be explored on foot or by bicycle (available to hire at the hotel). Hamburg city centre has an efficient and well used public transport system that includes rapid transit and underground trains, buses and ferries.
